Remote Executive Assistant for Founders
This is the work I have done longest. Inbox and calendar for founders who cannot afford to miss things, vendor and client coordination, hiring pipelines, invoicing, and the hundred small operational decisions that keep a business moving. I currently do this full-time for the CEO of an AI marketing agency, and have done it for a Florida travel agency founder for four years and a New York talent agent for two.

How is this different from an agency VA?
You get me, consistently, rather than whoever the agency has available this month. There is no account manager layer, no handover when someone leaves, and no fee split. The tradeoff is honest: I have finite capacity and take a limited number of retainers.
What does a full-time EA retainer cost?
USD 850 per month for full-time coverage, eight hours a day Monday to Saturday, and that rate includes technical work - automation, website changes and SEO - rather than billing it separately. Part-time retainers start at USD 150 per month for 10 hours.
Will you actually own my inbox?
Yes, if you want me to. That means triaging, drafting, replying on your behalf within agreed boundaries, and escalating what genuinely needs you. It takes two to three weeks to calibrate what I should handle versus surface, and I document those rules as we go.
What if I need coverage outside your hours?
I shift my schedule to the client rather than asking the client to accommodate mine. I currently work UK and European hours for existing clients and US mornings for others. Tell me the window you need and I will tell you honestly whether I can cover it.
