The stack

90 tools. Every one of them shipped client work.

Not a logo wall. These are grouped the way I would explain them on a call, the admin surface first, because that is where most of the eight years went, then the automation and engineering stack underneath it.

Questions

About the stack

Do I need to already use these tools?
No. I work inside whatever you already have rather than asking you to migrate. If your CRM is Zoho and mine would have been HubSpot, we use Zoho. Migrations only happen when the current tool is genuinely the problem.
What if I use something not on this list?
Very likely fine. This list is what I have shipped client work with, not the limit of what I will touch. Most business software is conceptually similar, and I have picked up new platforms on nearly every engagement.
Which automation platform do you recommend?
Make.com for most businesses, it handles branching and error states properly at a reasonable price. n8n when data cannot leave your infrastructure. Zapier when the need is genuinely simple and you already pay for it. The honest answer depends on your compliance requirements and your budget.
Do you build on AI coding tools?
Heavily. Claude Code is my primary build environment, alongside Cursor and Codex. I mention it because it is why delivery is faster than it used to be, not as a novelty, architecture, review and testing are still mine.

You will get an instant confirmation by email. I read every enquiry myself and reply within one business day.
