I spent eight years there. Inbox zero at 2am for a Florida travel agency. Luxury listings across three booking platforms at once. Hiring pipelines for agencies on two continents. Leasing paperwork for a European property firm.
That is why the automations work. I know which parts of your business genuinely need a person, which parts are ready to be handed to a machine, and which ones will quietly break if you automate them badly.

Built AI calling agents that handle lead follow-up, viewing scheduling and resident communication, then ran the traditional property-admin workload alongside them.
