About working together

Can I combine VA work and technical work in one retainer?
That is how most of my engagements run. The full-time tier at $850 per month includes technical work, automation, website changes, SEO, rather than treating them as separate billable projects. On smaller retainers the split is agreed upfront.
Do you subcontract any of this?
No. Design, development, admin and automation are all done by me. It is why capacity is limited and why quality stays consistent.
What if I only need one thing?
Fine. Plenty of clients start with a single automation build or a website and never take a retainer. There is no minimum commitment beyond the scope we agree.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week for retainers, depending on current capacity. Project work is scheduled after scoping. If I cannot give you the attention the work needs, I will say so rather than take it on.
